Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our care team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. As a night shift nurse, you will oversee medication aides/nurse aides and LPNs, ensuring seamless care delivery. Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement care.
  • Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, with multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
