Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our event operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events at our venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with load-in and load-out procedures for events
  • Coordinate with event staff to ensure timely and efficient setup and breakdown of dressing rooms and ancillary events
  • Provide administrative support to event operations team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with building departments and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage last-minute tasks and changes with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of concert or production experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
