Family Medicine Physician Opportunity with Competitive Guarantee and Bonus

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at DePaul Medical Associates in Norfolk. Our practice offers a friendly and collegial environment, great teamwork, and lots of support.
- Full-time position with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative work per week.
- EPIC EMR system for efficient patient care.
- Dedicated 1:1 CMA support for optimal patient care.
- Shared call rotation with no hospital responsibility.
- 100% outpatient patient care with an average of 18-22 patients per day after the ramp-up period.
- Low pediatric volume with a majority of adult and geriatric patients.
- Telemedicine and e-visits available through My Chart.
- Mentoring opportunities available for 3rd-year residents, new MDs, and experienced physicians.
- On-site lab and pharmacy services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A highly competitive guaranteed base compensation for two years.
- Bonus opportunities via productivity and quality initiatives.
- 35 days of paid time off (ATO) per year.
- $10,000 annual CME allowance.
- Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
- VA license, DEA registration, malpractice/liability/tail coverage.
- Robust benefits including 403(b) retirement plan with matching percentage.
- Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (company-paid).
- $10,000 relocation assistance (taxable benefit) if over 50 miles from current location.
- $35,000 sign-on bonus.
- Up to $65,000 medical education debt assistance available.

- Qualifications include completion of a U.S. residency program and BE or BC certification by ABMS/ABFM.
