Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and medication administration.
  • Participate in infection control and safety initiatives to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • BLS certification required; current certification preferred.
  • Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
