Physical Therapy Specialist

About the JobAs a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of physical therapy needs, and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Initiate and implement physical therapy programs, including direct treatment of patients and coordination with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide education and advice to patients and their families regarding physical therapy management, and regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment.
- Discharge patients from physical therapy when they have received maximum benefit, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program, with certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
- A current Physical Therapist License in California, as well as a National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
