Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address patient goals and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Montana.
  • Experience working in a critical access hospital or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
