Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in Broussard, Louisiana. As a Medical Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to a team of medical laboratory professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage a team of medical laboratory professionals
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
* Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
* Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless laboratory operations

Requirements:

* ASCP (MLT/MT/MLS) certification or eligibility
* Experience in the laboratory, preferably in a supervisory or lead role
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science
