Paramedic - Emergency Response Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team at Allegiance Mobile Health. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including emergency and non-emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing direct patient care according to your competencies and protocols.
- Drive emergency vehicles in various road conditions, following GPS, map books, and written or verbal directions.
- Interact with multiple outside agencies, including police departments, fire departments, and first responder organizations, providing excellent customer service to patients, victims, and the general public.
- Complete accurate and detailed patient care reports, billing information, and all other associated documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment in a constant state of readiness, completing daily vehicle and supply checklists, and assisting with vehicle re-supply, decontamination, and general readiness-related tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Certified as a Paramedic in the State of Texas
- CPR certification
- Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training
- Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 125 lbs. independently
- Customer service skills
- Previous experience in emergency care is preferred
