Salesforce Systems Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Business Development function at Innovative Workforce Solution Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in administering Salesforce platforms and a strong understanding of best practices, workflows, and business process automation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing daily administration tasks such as user setup, profiles, and roles, permissions, workflow rules, and security settings. They will also customize and configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to ensure seamless data management and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing data imports and exports, creating and updating reports, dashboards, and workflows to track KPIs and other performance metrics, monitoring system performance, identifying potential improvements, and ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the successful candidate will implement and maintain data quality practices, including data cleansing and deduplication, and ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce through regular audits and data cleansing.
