Assistant Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the entire restaurant, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Build a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience
  • Develop and implement strategies for restaurant success, including profit growth and loss minimization
  • Source, hire, and develop excellent Team Members
  • Conduct New Hire orientation and develop training plans for each new hire

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe Certified
  • Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
