About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Design Engineer - Client Coexistence Specialist to join our team at Aquent. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between our client's Global Secure Access (GSA) solution and third-party Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coexistence Testing and Validation: Conduct in-depth testing and validation of our client's GSA solution with third-party SSE solutions, including Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Zscaler, and others.

    • Set up and configure test environments using our client's GSA service and each third-party SSE solution.
        • Procure test licenses for these validations.
        • Document step-by-step configuration required in each solution for coexistence scenarios.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation of test results, including detailed findings and recommendations for improvement.

    • Document test results with detailed findings, and report issues promptly to our client.
        • Review coexistence solution guides for accuracy and readability, and recommend improvements.
  3. Automation and Innovation: Identify opportunities for test automation and create automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Identify opportunities for test automation and create automation solutions.
        • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data.
  4. Software Development and Quality Assurance: Develop software solutions to meet client needs and ensure high-quality delivery.

    • Code new programs to client's specifications and create test data for testing.
        • Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs.
  5. Migration and Implementation: Plan and execute the migration of systems, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.

    • Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
        • Provide quality assurance reviews.
        • Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing.
Requirements,

        • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42/hr- $46/hr based on several factors including education, relevant work experience,
