**Job Overview**

High Focus Centers in Norwalk is seeking a skilled clinician to work with adolescents (ages 10-18) who present with acute psychiatric illnesses and co-occurring disorders in a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient treatment setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead group therapy and education sessions
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions
  • Facilitate family sessions to review treatment plans and assess progress
  • Conduct initial level of care assessments
  • Engage adolescent patients and caregivers in understanding co-occurring disorders

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • At least 1 year of experience working with adolescents
  • Ongoing licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A
  • Master's degree in a related field

**Total Rewards Package**

  • Salary range: $52,000-$60,000 per year
