Job Title: Registered Nurse PRN Night

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients transitioning between intensive care and regular units
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • 12 months of Stepdown experience in an acute-care setting within the last 3 years
  • Medical Records experience
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week
