Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Breakfast Host to join our team at LBA Hospitality. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the dining area and supplies to ensure a guest-ready atmosphere.
  • Closely monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, beverage choices, and daily hotel operations to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage position is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds, push or pull 60 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, walking, and maintaining a friendly professional image for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
