Director, Corporate Compensation

As a Director, Corporate Compensation, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation programs that align with our business objectives and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on compensation-related matters, including offer approvals, salary adjustments, and promotions.
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies and training programs to educate leaders and employees on compensation policies and practices.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation practices across relevant industries and geographic locations to ensure programs remain competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure all compensation programs are integrated with Insperity's performance management process, promoting a pay-for-performance culture.
  • Work with the Corporate HR Technology team to develop, configure, and implement compensation programs and policies within Workday.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to provide insights into compensation trends, cost analysis, and ROI of compensation programs, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation, with 5-7 years of experience managing employees.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing compensation programs in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
