The successful candidate will earn a salary of approximately $45,000 per year and enjoy benefits including hospital/medical insurance with no monthly premiums, vision, discount prescription, dental, 401K, profit sharing, paid vacations, and a pleasant work environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in a 12-week paid training program, learning about PITT OHIO's extensive range of service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for providing exceptional customer service
  2. Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery of goods
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  4. Meet performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve service quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture
