Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency dedicated to providing exceptional services to children from birth to 5 years old. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a Center-Based Pre-K Therapist in Syracuse, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to children within a Pre-K classroom setting.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents to support carryover of skills across settings.
  • Work closely with other service providers to achieve IEP goals and objectives.
  • Document session notes and annual reviews as required.
Requirements:
  • M.A. or M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • NYS License in Speech Pathology (or CF eligible).
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with the clinical team and other service providers.
