Job DescriptionCSI Pharmacy is a nationwide specialty pharmacy dedicated to providing services for patients with chronic and rare illnesses that require complex care. As an infusion nurse, you will be responsible for infusing patients in their homes, requiring travel to and from patient locations.
Infusion Nurse Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Administer medications and infusions to patients in their homes
• Travel to and from patient locations to provide care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and well-being
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
Infusion Nurse Qualifications• RN License in the state of employment
• College degree or certification required or equivalent experience
• Two years of RN experience
• One year of high-volume critical thinking experience
• One year of infusion experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred
NoticeSuccessful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
