Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to lead our middle market underwriting and management of portfolio of credits with varying complexity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and credit risk management, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to train and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit risk and lead the underwriting process for middle market loans
  • Provide excellent customer service to retain clients and grow the loan and deposit base of existing customer relationships
  • Train and mentor junior staff as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 7-10 years of relevant banking experience
  • Wine underwriting experience is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
