Job Title: Project Manager - Electrical Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Prism Electric. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including tracking and projecting labor, material, job expenses, and changes. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project budgets, managing submittals, and ensuring positive cash flow.

Responsibilities:

* Manage financial reporting, tracking, and projection of labor, material, job expenses, and changes for each project assigned
* Oversee monthly financial projections and create job-specific schedules of values to maintain positive cash flow
* Create, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the project
* Maintain all submittal, drawing, correspondence, and change logs
* Submit, review, file, and log all RFI's
* Price, budget, track, sell, and collect all proposed changes
* Purchase all materials per Prism SOP
* Prepare, organize, and manage material buyouts
* Schedule and track all material releases
* Coordinate with a Superintendent as needed
* Track major deliveries to jobsites
* Assist the project Superintendent with miscellaneous issues as necessary
* Set up all cost codes and production tracking with the Superintendent
* Assist the Superintendent in production tracking and analysis
* Prepare all outgoing correspondence as needed
* Project schedule analysis
* Issue notices and alerts as required

Requirements:

* Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills
* Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills
* Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup
