About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
  • Ensure waste removal and recycling are handled efficiently
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
Requirements
  • Custodial experience is preferred but not required
  • Passing a drug test will be required
  • Basic English proficiency is required
Work Schedule

We offer three shifts to accommodate different schedules:

  • Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Shift 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00pm - 6:30am
Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.75 per hour.
