Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for keying fabricated orders into our data entry system, working closely with our sales team and production department to ensure proper scheduling and accuracy of orders prior to turning them over to production in a timely manner. Your tasks will include receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company's internal CRM/Axapta mainframe system and customer purchase orders. You will also assist in proofreading entered orders and ensuring that the correct codes are being applied prior to final confirmation. In addition, you will collaborate with the scheduling/production department to make sure that the requested order(s) meet the customer's expectations. You will modify quote status once order has been placed to ensure visibility and uniformity amongst sales team.
Requirements: To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions, you will need to possess 0-2 years of related Construction, manufacturing, glass and aluminum work experience, proven work experience in data entry, and the ability to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate. You must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills. Experienced users of Microsoft Office suite are highly preferred. Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential. Ability to calculate simple math and work with fractions and decimals is required.
