About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at 42 North Dental. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our dentists and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, including exposing radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
  • Provide post-operative instructions and patient education, promoting a thorough understanding of treatment and aftercare.
  • Prepare, breakdown, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, maintaining strict compliance with infection control protocols.
  • Maintain dental supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology, with a strong understanding of clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred, with required certifications, licensure, or registration as required by state.
