At Stadium Medical, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our EMS team. As a critical link between those in need of emergency medical assistance and our field personnel, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch division, ensuring efficient and timely movement of patients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple calls simultaneously and prioritize emergency situations
- Collaborate with the communications team to manage the dispatch network
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Lead a small team of dispatch employees and provide guidance and support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a dispatch center, preferably in emergency services
