About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse-Pediatrics-FT-Night Shift to join our team. As a member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a completion date within 5 years of hire date.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Preferred: National Certification in Pediatrics.
