Role Summary:
As a healthcare provider, you will assist women contemplating or undergoing abortion in redirecting their lives towards God and their children. This will involve delivering medical services, educating on pregnancy and abortion, and offering decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and consistent patient care in alignment with our Core Values and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct pregnancy and STD testing as required.
- Administer STD treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Gather basic health histories and provide information following nursing guidelines.
- Perform limited obstetric ultrasounds as per clinic protocols.
- Facilitate pregnancy options consultations and guide patients through spiritual assessments.
- Conclude patient appointments by providing information and a copy of the Next Step form.
- Determine the next steps for patients based on established processes, consulting with the Nurse Manager as necessary.
- Ensure continuity of care through effective follow-up with patients and relationship building.
- Handle challenging conversations with patients and visitors gracefully, aiming for positive outcomes.
- Engage in the Quality Assurance process.
- Comply with all relevant Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in mandatory annual ultrasound training.
- Pray for patients and fellow team members actively.
- Communicate the organization's mission and celebrate Core Values.
- Pursue personal and professional development, including training others in the nurse sonographer role.
- Attend required medical staff meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A professing Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active participation in a local church.
- Uphold a life-affirming philosophy and never advise a woman to consider abortion.

- Demonstrate enthusiasm for the mission and strategy of the organization.
- Comfortable leading and participating in prayer with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to share the Gospel when appropriate.
- Willingness to engage in necessary training.
- Maintain an active IL Registered Nursing license and BLS certification.
- Complete training in clinic nursing procedures.
- Fulfill ultrasound training as per clinic protocols.
