Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct care to clients, and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Care:
    • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of BCBAs
    • Provide direct care to clients, including sensory activities, arts, crafts, and games
    • Record client data into our electronic health record system
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Convert appointments into billing
    • Write detailed SOAP notes
    • Attend weekly team meetings with BCBAs and quarterly in-service training
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with BCBAs, other Behavioral Therapists, and support staff to achieve client goals
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • Certifications:
    • CPR/BLS Certificate
  • Skills:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
