- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support (AHA) and Basic Life Support (AHA) certifications required within specified timeframes.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (AAS) or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Work Experience: One year of critical care experience required.
