Senior Lecturer

We offer an estimated annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000 based on qualifications and experience.

As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate-level courses in English and other subjects. Your primary duties will include:

• Course Preparation: Developing engaging lesson plans, creating effective assessments, and utilizing technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Instructional Delivery: Delivering high-quality instruction, using a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles, and promoting student engagement.
• Student Assessment and Support: Evaluating student progress, providing individualized support, and advising students on academic matters.
• Collaboration and Professional Development: Working collaboratively with colleagues, engaging in ongoing professional development, and contributing to departmental initiatives.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience as a teaching assistant or instructor at an accredited institution of higher learning (preferable).
• Evidence of effective use of computer technology.
• Demonstrated experience in online and/or distance learning, curriculum design, and implementation in higher education (a plus).
• A commitment to teamwork, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
