At GardaWorld, we understand the significance of competitive compensation, which is why we offer attractive hourly starting rates across all markets. We are expanding our team in Austin, Texas:
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Schedule 1: Thursday - Monday 10 PM - 6 AM (40 Hours/ Full Time)
Schedule 2: Saturday & Sunday 2 PM - 10 PM / Monday 6 AM - 2 PM / Tuesday & Wednesday 2 PM - 10 PM (40 Hours/ Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service as your primary focus.
- Monitor and assess the premises, providing detailed reports on activities at your assigned site.
- Oversee security and alarm systems, including CCTV surveillance.
- Respond to client communications promptly.
- Coordinate the dispatch of officers to areas requiring attention.
- Provide swift responses in critical situations.
- Maintain proficiency in writing and analyzing detailed reports.
- Understand and enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
- Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
- Possession of a Texas Security License or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be at least 18 years of age as mandated by applicable laws.
