Job Overview

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $16.50 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking for a stable income. Additionally, this position is eligible for quarterly incentives and offers a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, telemedicine, paid federal holidays after probation, paid time off, birthday time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately count and balance cash daily
  • Perform basic account maintenance on member accounts
  • Scan documents and perform other daily responsibilities
  • Offer and suggest products and services to members
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and punctuality
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with PCs, calculators, and office equipment
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
