Key Responsibilities
  • Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Participate in and lead activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
  • Assist with mealtime, laundry, and basic housekeeping tasks within the memory care neighborhood.
  • Adhere to and champion the Embrace Memory Care philosophy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Document daily activities and concerns, communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following SLC policy and procedure, and promoting a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living, with a passion for working with seniors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
