Aquatics Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Manager to join our team at SafeSplash Swim School Elk Grove. As a key member of our senior management staff, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and managing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Partner with the General Manager to establish and maintain customer service vision and strategy
• Drive programs and processes that grow the business while optimizing margins
• Manage productivity and performance expectations for personnel
• Organize and develop an effective team to deliver service and grow the business
• Utilize corporate tools and metrics to manage the business
• Develop and retain new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal and telephone presence)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work any day of the week
• Strong computer skills
• Lifeguard Trainer Certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Working Conditions:

• 40 hours a week (weekend availability)
• Hourly position
• Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
