About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their stakeholders. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of grant management solutions, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of grant management strategies and solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior-level executives and sponsored research function leaders.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Workday Grants Management and related Customer Accounts functionality.
- Support the development of complex post-award reports and other business-critical documents.
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives.
- Proven thought leadership and ability to develop and maintain expertise in grant management and related areas.
