Job Title: B2B Sales Representative

Apex Mills Corporation is seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting collaborative solution-oriented relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our sales team to promote collaborative solution-oriented relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Regularly research industry trends to be able to make informed recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge of knitted textiles and fabric development processes to enhance expertise and contribute to personal and team success.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process including prospecting, lead generation, business-to-business calling, negotiations, writing up customer orders, checking inventory status, coordinating with customer service and production departments on deliveries, and following up on order status.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with new leads, including new customer call-ins and web-based inquiries.
  • Participate in industry trade shows.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their needs, promote new products, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Become proficient in our ERP system.
Requirements:
  • Experience or knowledge of high-performance technical textiles within the apparel, medical, military, and industrial textile sectors.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be willing to travel.
What We Offer:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and 401(k). Compensation programs commensurate with experience. Base salary range: $80,000 - 100,000 + uncapped commission structure.
