About the Role

Cleveland Clinic Foundation is seeking a skilled Radiologist to join our team at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. As a Radiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting medical images and providing diagnostic reports to aid in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Board Eligible/Certified Radiologist with a strong background in General and Interventional Radiology.
  • Formal fellowship training in Body Imaging or Interventional Radiology is preferred.
  • Experience in peripheral vascular intervention, TIPS, hepatobiliary, genitourinary, gastroenterology, embolotherapy, venous interventions, elective venous procedures, tumor therapies, pain management, and dialysis access procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
