In this role, you will be tasked with executing a variety of maintenance responsibilities across our properties and grounds. Your assignments will be organized and monitored through a computerized maintenance management system to ensure effective tracking and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying paint to both interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • Assisting with basic carpentry projects.
  • Resolving plumbing challenges, such as blocked drains.
  • Overseeing the inventory of maintenance supplies.
  • Conducting year-round upkeep of outdoor areas.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the maintenance department.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Assisting with the relocation and reassembly of furniture.
  • Ensuring a pest-free environment.
  • Fostering a safe working atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state.
  • Consistent employment history with no unexcused absences or disciplinary actions.

Required certifications include Maintenance Management Information System, 608/609, and relevant training. Preferred certifications encompass Mechanical Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, and Electrical Trainee, among others.
