We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will perform various skilled and complex tasks in the repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in equipment maintenance technician in an automated assembly production environment. A minimum High School diploma or GED and electrical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in electricity is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor / Analyze / Diagnose / Fine tunes / Repairs machine problems in conjunction with manufacturing engineering and production supervisors.
  • Read / Interpret blueprints, drawings, wiring schematic diagrams, and complex equipment manuals.
  • Utilize mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in problem assessment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to operate / diagnose a variety of automated assembly production equipment within an electronics assembly (PLC's, sensing, robots pick/place).
  • Extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment operating under PLC's, robotics, machining, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensor controls.
  • Good communication skills throughout all levels of the organization.
