About the Role

As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will be part of a fast-paced and customer-centric environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain a clean and safe area for customers. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves with grab-and-go items and assisting customers in finding the products they need.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
