Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets
- Open and close the store in the absence of other management, ensuring the store trades safely and legally
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
- Provide ear piercing services (full training will be provided)
- Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to customers

Requirements- Some high school education required
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of customer service
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
- Ability to operate a POS system
