Position Overview: As a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care within post-acute care facilities. This position offers the flexibility to choose your own schedule while ensuring you receive the stability and benefits of a W2 employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with medical professionals and residents.
- Administering treatments and medications to ensure optimal resident care.
- Engaging with physicians and staff to review care options and outcomes.
- Educating residents and their families about the best care practices.
- Setting up and monitoring necessary medical equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies among staff.
- Collecting fluids for laboratory analysis, including blood and urine samples.
- Training and supervising nursing and support staff to maintain high-quality care.
- Documenting medical interventions and patient histories accurately.
- Assisting staff with incident investigations to improve care quality.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of 4 months' experience in post-acute care or inpatient hospital settings.
