Job Title: Registered Nurse - Vascular

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cobb Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide individualized patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans that are based on evidence-based practice and research.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
