Your Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Utilize measurement tools and equipment to conduct precise measurements and detect defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
  • Communicate quality issues to the production team and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inspection processes and quality control procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all quality tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new employees on quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues related to incoming materials.
  • Support the Quality department team members in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address recurring quality issues.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality inspection.
Your Profile
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Your Certification in quality control or inspection is preferred.
  • You have strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques.
  • You have knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
  • You have proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • You have basic computer skills, including familiarity with quality management software and data entry.
