OBJECTIVE: The role of the Baker involves the creation of our signature baked goods, including breads and pizza crusts. It is essential that the quality of these products aligns with our established standards for both appearance and texture. Bakers are expected to adhere to precise recipe guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch produced.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and bake items based on daily production needs.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for all bakery products.
  • Maintain accuracy in measurements and weights for all ingredients.
  • Keep the baking area organized and clean at all times.
  • Manage freezer inventory effectively, ensuring products are sealed after use.
  • Wash and sanitize all utensils and equipment throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with management to assess current inventory levels and plan baking schedules.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations, including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines.
  • Complete all baking tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes.
