Job Title: Flight Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Paramedic to join our team at Air Evac Lifeteam. As a Flight Paramedic, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to patients in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced life support care to patients during transportation, including pre-hospital and intra-hospital care.
  • Conduct daily base checks, including narcotic counts, to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
  • Maintain thorough patient care documentation and submit electronic patient care records within the specified time frame.
  • Participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences to maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills.
  • Assist in pre-mission briefings and mission debriefing, and complete necessary documentation.
  • Comply with safety standards to ensure the safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment prior to liftoff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting.
  • Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status.
  • Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 24 months from date of hire.
