About the Role

iAnthus is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispensary Associate. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, educating patients and customers about our products, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive and informative experience.
  • Product Education: Educate patients and customers about our products, including strains, effects, and methods of use, to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions, including receiving payments and recording purchases in our Dispensary Management System.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment, including checking product inventory and ensuring a diverse and fresh selection of products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispensary managers to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (18 in NY)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must consent to a criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer-savvy and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance
