Job Responsibilities for Inpatient Care Physician:
- Deliver and oversee the treatment of critically ill patients in a collaborative setting with a dedicated support team.
- Participate in a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.
- Collaborate with private attending physicians who choose to engage our inpatient services.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
- Work cohesively within a team to ensure high standards of care.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 15-17 individuals.
- Adapt to evolving healthcare regulations and practices.
Qualifications for Inpatient Care Physician:
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
- Current ACLS/BLS certification.
- Training in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine/Family Practice.
- Competitive salary range of USD $230,000.00 to $330,000.00 per year, reflecting the candidate's qualifications and experience.
- In addition to the base salary, Catholic Health Service offers a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance and a defined benefit pension plan, fostering a supportive environment for professional development.
