Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and friendly individual to join our coffee shop team as a Barista Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
