**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in performing history and physicals for the medical and surgical workup care of patients in the outpatient setting.
* Participate in all aspects of patient care as indicated.
* Order pertinent diagnostic tests and procedures.
* Interpret health information and establish diagnoses consistent with the accumulated data.
* Formulate treatment plans, ensuring timely provision of necessary health care services.
* Educate and inform patients regarding the nature of their pain and the progress of evaluation and treatment.
* Analyze accumulated health information and collect additional observational, historical, physical examination, and diagnostic data, modifying treatment as appropriate.
* Make health record entries which are legible, concise, and timely.
* Advocate for the rights of patients.
* Provide primary clinical therapy and treatment of individual and groups of patient(s).

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
* PA license and certification, current and in good standing.
* Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
* Current BLS certification.
* Current ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) certification.
