About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at PopStroke. As a key member of our restaurant and bar staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar and ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Share knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist guests with our mobile ordering app and take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding attention to service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all restaurant and food & beverage areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, as well as state liquor laws and regulations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers with precision.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment is required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to correctly use our POS system.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.
  • Strong team focus and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
